The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work environment is not good,but if you are lucky then you will get better team to work with which is quite difficult for the people outside from South zone. Some employees are supportive. It have hygienic cafeteria where you can see the fully clean environment with better foods

Not better place for work for the people who not belong from South zone, also there is nothing more to learn only work which is done there is assembling .

The job is not very interesting only things you have to do is assemble the part of TV. Which is not interesting and gives nothing to learn,also you have to face the linguistic discrimination. Overall my experience is not good in this company

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supporting and the management is transparent. There is a huge production of Tv manufacturing. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
