Having a forward thinking, supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest asset.

I feel I am not rewarded enough for the work I do for them. Surely, maybe they do not have the budget to pay me more.

Good for freshers who want to be in EMS.

Dislikes

Rotational shifts with 12 hrs working without OT benifits. Zero work life balance.

10- 12hrs a day and six days a week. Your gone.

Employer’s Response

The EMS industry works on peak season and off-season requirements as per the market demand cycle. While we do work 10-hour shifts during peak season production, we also work only in 8 hours shifts during off-peak season production time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
