The company’s policies and treatment of employees are terrible. The owner never releases your salary if you resign, making it extremely difficult to leave. There is absolutely zero scope for learning or growth, and they exploit freshers by making them do repetitive tasks without any real skill development. The work environment is toxic, with excessive micromanagement, long working hours, and no appreciation for hard work. They also delay payments, deduct salaries unfairly, and expect employees to be available beyond working hours without any compensation.
