RAAD Systems is a fast growing mid size organisation. RAAD has given opportunities to grow to be a hard core engineer. The experience that your gain here are wanted all over the world !! RAAD has projects that are super big and exciting. Every project is unique. Lots of exposure to technologies, big clients who come back asking for our support and a open minded work culture. I have seen my colleagues commenting on work life balance and poor payouts. Believe me, I too see that I am so addicted to work, that I neglect my family. That's my fault probably, for not prioritizing on things. Poor Salary !! I do not think RAAD has compromised paying anyone less. Every opportunity is rewarded. Spot Bonuses, Team get together, Weekly happy hours for everyone, Event celebrations, 2 bonuses a year, medical assistance, etc. Every organisation has its ups and downs, limitations and directions. Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, But, the work makes us workaholic. Probably we need priorities on our commitments and a bit of improvement to the office setup. However, I believe everyone works for a good and timely salary and hence projects flowing in are more important than a cosmetic look of the office.

Work culture is good. Positive environment. Work life balance is good. It depends on how well we balance it and know where to draw the line. Good opportunity for all areas of learning. Team is helpful. Team dinner, team outings are always something to look forward to. Monetary benefits for the time input.

There is scope for better infrastructure. Better planning of internal communication can be done. Salary can be better. Other perks can be improved.
