No change of styles, old management, they do not like to upgrade. The infrastructure is poor and very old. People are mostly unhappy and they are against any change for the better they do everything like it was done 20 years back.

Company doesn't provide any training to new joinees, job security is extremely poor due to mishandling and lack of technical knowledge of MD. Due to his stupidity, he decided to laid off many good employees from the company, the one who really worked hard for the company are being ruled out courtesy of the negative feedback from themiddle level engineers/ managers.
