Some managers are useless ....vikas keshav kharit is the worst manager in rpac india ...he ask employee everytime to leave the organisation and play lot of pollitics with employees as he know he is useless for company and still he want to save his job ....he sleeps in his cabin and even dont know simple calculations and whatever he knows on that basis he tries to prove employess are knowledgeless...he is in rpac as he is saved by his frd come boss milan barboza ......vikas kharit has placed lot of lords images in his cabin say around 8 -10 A 4 size framed glass images and made a small temple in cabin as he really beleive god is saving his job. He is national sales manager but never go on field for sales he take credit of all sales managers who really working hard for rpac and if he is unbale to take credit then he want that employee to leave the organisation his frequency to visit field only 4-5 times in one year.....if u are going to join rpac pls beware of vikas keshav kharit a real useless manager....Read More
