Working environment is very well . And the most advantage is the company has provide a job for freshers also.

The management team is is poor. And overall team is good. I think site is running smoothly when the site incharge is well skilled i.e. technically as well as behavioural about the employee.

Its a good company for a freshers to start a learning career ,senior persons are helpful ,if i taking about the salary ,its not enough to survive in a rare & interior location .more or less its a average company according to salary and facilities but good for learning.

if you are working with a company dislike things must be come but i can mange the situation and try to convert to dislike things into like ,that help me make my job relax and comfortable.

my job job is relax able job ,but their is a tension always work on your mind ,because am a site in charge of 132 KV GSS of Rajashtan govt. as a part of electrical system i have to be alert 24*7 otherwise is no pressure about job.
