RR Donnelley was my first Corporate and had great experience in working in a Team. Easy to learn and work in the environment.

HR Team does not even tale care of the Teams and Team members working in their company. Growth does not depend on your performance but how you talk to the manager and behave with Team Leaders. (You know what I mean). Being a "Girl" will be an added advantage.

I enjoyed the work culture and the employees. They give lot of importance to employees for enhancing their skills and display their capabilities with top management. They also conduct lots of social event, sports events, etc. which shows an equal importance to other activities other than work.

One of best companies i've ever worked for. I learned so much from them. Friendly managers with collage atmosphere makes us more comfortable. The Reward & Recognition programme motivated us in every aspect. Nice cafeteria. Helping admins. Those are my golden days. RRD is definitely is a better platform for freshers.

I was working as a Reasearch associate. After 7 months the project got expired wothout any prior notification and we had to move to an entirely different project and some of us had to leave.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
