Good clean environment in work place as well as in Cafeteria and Washroom.

Dislikes

If we miss the cab on time, we have to wait for 1 hour for next cab. Getting next in half an hour will be feel better and good.🙂

RR Donnelley was my first Corporate and had great experience in working in a Team. Easy to learn and work in the environment.

Dislikes

HR Team does not even tale care of the Teams and Team members working in their company. Growth does not depend on your performance but how you talk to the manager and behave with Team Leaders. (You know what I mean). Being a "Girl" will be an added advantage.

Worst and cannot be more worse when you don't know how to talk with managers. Especially encouraging them in every manner.

I enjoyed the work culture and the employees. They give lot of importance to employees for enhancing their skills and display their capabilities with top management. They also conduct lots of social event, sports events, etc. which shows an equal importance to other activities other than work.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not based on the performance, it's totally based on politics which really made me down and come out of that company. Other than that I feel it's a good place to work.
