The company is good for freshers and we can learn more about procedures, The team is also good and they will help in all points overall good experience They will take team Outings Company management is good Good health benefits Leave policy is very good

Dislikes

No proper timings, they even call @ night to work it happens whenever there is release ( they will also tell start late in morning) Do not expect much from company in terms of salary

Good Environment, Product training is very good.

Dislikes

No work life balance 24*7 work you will get. No appreciation concept in company. Full of politics in team. Everyone will blame you if you are quite. Appraisals not upto market standard.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session but later on job is Good and interesting.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
