The senior management is approachable and humble in their demeanour. They are true leaders who show us how to behave in an organisation. The organisation does a lot to take care of its employees. The organisation cares.

I feel they should be more stringent in applying a few floor policies like speaking ONLY in English to improve the communication skills across the floor. Here, they should lead by speaking with EVERYONE at ALL TIMES in English only.
