Saaino Technologies is a fake company and charges money. It's completely a fraud company. The office doesn't even exist. Don't go to any consultant. Saaino Technology is purely fake and fraud. They don't give salary, they don't give training or assets.

They are totally giving full authority to the client, if you are working in Quess as Contractor. Hence there is zero career growth and hike as I working since 3.9 yr with very less salary and 0%hike or career growth.

Site management is good - very cooperative - good training held by birla opus about equipment maintenance and some training held by quess on safety related and behaviour base training from head office - accomodation is good - transportation facility is excellent . Shift rotation is here.

Quess top management is very poor - they are very slow to solving problem of sites .
