No proper work culture, only work pressure. Those who oppose are targeted and thrown out. Don't even care if it is an old employee who has sacrified his life in company growth. Only superiors get filled their pockets. Employee gets nothing.

Quess Corp is a very bad company. It has been 10 months since I left this company and in my relieving letter and PF account they have wrongly entered date of exit and I am worried about solving this for the last 10 months but they are just passing time. There is no value of employees in their eyes and if you go and tell them in the office, they make you feel as if we have come to beg.

They are totally giving full authority to the client, if you are working in Quess as Contractor. Hence there is zero career growth and hike as I working since 3.9 yr with very less salary and 0%hike or career growth.

Site management is good - very cooperative - good training held by birla opus about equipment maintenance and some training held by quess on safety related and behaviour base training from head office - accomodation is good - transportation facility is excellent . Shift rotation is here.

Quess top management is very poor - they are very slow to solving problem of sites .
