Joined company with a lot of expectations. But all such expectations didn't took much time to turn into a nightmare. Like other asset management companies though it provided room to live in. But the most important thing that it didn't was fooding. Not a single time food it even provided. Now coming to its management and hr policy, it was also something below par. No increments as such. Totally depend upon work culture of client side. As i was working on the site of vedanta sez, jharsuguda. Work culture, work pressure, timings everything depended upon vedanta. Total monopoly.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
