Company has lot of parties and events, management wants to be relevant with latest technologies., not much comes to india. There is a small cafeteria and has basic foods. No dress code, some boys come in half pant and slippers while the girls wear as far minis.

Dislikes

Company is pretty one man show which is head of india Sareen Gogi, the guy is pretty clever and removes the people who speak against him and he is supported by the HR Nupur Sravan and Dinesh Mahindra , as he is not able to tolerate anything negative, australian management is also same except for the CEO and they are pretty much inhand with Sareen. Nobody cares if you work or not as long as there is no escalation. No matter how hard you contribute and how much you sweat for them , you are only good if you don't sugar coat the management.
