There is not a single good and big project is there to learn and contribute, they are doing only POC to crack the deal but there is no good news for POC. Most of the people are on bench, learning new tech like flutterflow, ccai ext. Very bad and worst management, they hire a people with high salary it's a trap for every hard workingemployees because is there no project they fired with 30 min of call. They don't know how to run a business. They are buy good company award to showcase. Even you are high performer of the quarter or a year they will fire if they have not project in hand. It's an Okay company, Many of glassdoor reviews will too much emphaising on not to join. It's because the developers have been trapped in a real hetic project!. but in quantiphi we have option of choosing the project at the start, so if you some how can gather the information before entering into the project! you can save your self.but remember you have to give a good excuse. There are many things to be disliked. Let's start 1. Poor HR They will defend the manger and company policies. If anytime you complaint they will note it down and next time they will defend manger or the company policy. 2. Some Poor Mangers Here generally you will find Mangers are much client oriented. If you are great in handling client you will not struggle in Quantiphi. But we have some disorganized client as well which can make you and your life hectic. 3. Tech Leads and BA's Very few tech leads are good and have sound knowledge. Many of times you will find more work because of tech lead's wrong decision.
