Higher management abuse you, use f word very conveniently. I have recently joined but saw that upper management is very abusive. They will not provide you constructive feedback but will abuse you in front of your juniors, peers & seniors. If you have any other offer in hand, do not, I repeat DO NOT join this company

Artificial intelligence as a domain is exciting. Some projects that the company has are good.

Overall culture and people. You have to be a Yes man and a founders pet to grow . Leadership is really poor . Good smart people don’t stay for long . People get promoted based on how much they have buttered their superiors and founders . HR as a department is very inexperienced and poor. No employee engagement , poor work satisfaction overall .Your appraisals are based on how they like you as a person and not based on your performance . You will hardly be paid the salary they promised you . They will always give you some odd reasons to cut you salary and benefits . This company is really not your worth and time . This coin pant is only for founders and some senior folks on the leadership to make money . Your hard work and passion will see no appreciation or return . You will regret your decision if you join this company . With new heads joining from larger firms , the flexibility to work from home is also no more . This has become a school where working long hours is mandatory and coming early to office next day is also expected . Employee engagement is bad . HR won some awards by some dubious ways , either filling employee feedback on their own or just passing it on to some favoured employees only . This company is not the best place to work in anyway .
