They deployed many of us at client location and client is using us like anything, and we have raised multiple concerns to the upper management of QualityKiosk Technologies regarding Comp off for weekends or work life balance but no action taken,not a good work experience. And the part is that client wants us to work till late night like 12-1 AM and even on Saturday and Sunday like same.

Likes only depends upon your client. If the client you are working with is good then at least work life balance and culture will be good. Else QK is worst in terms of employees benefits

This company is only good to start your career. They never think about their employees and treat them like a use and throw pen but ready to give BJ to clients . This company has no vision and mission just a machinery of begging money from clients. Never think of good salary and appraisal is a joke. Never ever stay here more than 2 years. Appraisal they give 2-4% Saturday working. Can ask anytime to relocate anywhere in India. 90 days notice but if you mark resign they will release you in 15 days without giving any compensation. Leave annually is 16 only as earned leave, no sick and casual leave.
