Semi govt. And Sir Madam Bhajan. No skip level meetings. Zero transparency. No defined policies. Not seen future vision. Top leaders lack aggressive character and out of ideas. They live in yesterday. Don't know what is tomorrow All support units are Bhajan units. Office is also not great. They don't care about people deployed and working in client places. From April 2023 they started layoffs and push employees to resign or leave company . They call lean bench and arrow profits to bosses and these bosses are happy as they don't have any hunger and passion to grow and don't think about people who are energetic to do my more.
