Nothing to Like. Before joining, they gave us trauma by ghosting us from the last 3 months.

Scam company. They hire so many people while they don't have any resources. Poor management. Ghosted us from last 3 months, even management and HR are not even replying on mails. Their management is so poor. And we don't know when will our joining come. Scam Company Useless company totally. Don't ever join this. you will face diffuclties.

Salary credited on time and there is no any extra deduction in salary as well the staff members are very Supportive.

As per the current situation in IT industry,they don't have strong plan for their employees to switch in other project. so the work balance life is not good. they should have alternate option for employees to switch their project, 2 people get chance to switch another project in out of 10 peoples.

They have flexible timings to work plus for some clients they give permanent work folrom home options. Politics atmosphere is almost zero specially with the team I am working.

The salary hike is not so good for the employees with less salary. Also, the promotion policy is not good.

Company provides good benefits and has a online training program for development.

Too much of politics and they can fire you at any time without any reason. After you exit from the company, you will not receive your fnf on time. Even if you send a message to HR team, they don't respond. Worst company I have ever worked for.

Work culture is pathetic, most of the projects are with banglore unit... Team culture and coordination is pathetic.. and not healthy for your peace of mind.. so much of politics and manger give promotions to the people with same regional and cultural backgrounds
