1. Management is poor. 2.self respect is zero against director's. 3.work life balance doesn't matter, money is everything for director's. 4. stability of staffs is zero. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
