I have cleared my CA in Nov 2022 and worked at a CA firm for 14 Months at Rs. 8.20 LPA as an Audit Executive. Now I am working as a Deputy Manager F&A looking after Financial Reporting and Budgeting at Rs.12.50 LPA with my 1st year increment due in March-25.
Would you guys kindly suggest me if I am on track both in terms of Financial & Professional growth, or am I lagging behind?
