Only work-life balance. Good for retiring people.

Dislikes

No job security. No employee benefits like PF or transportation. No career growth. Less salary compared to industry standards. Mostly they only look for employees with a career gap so they can offer a less pay and take advantage of their situation. They dont give full or promised amount at the time of FNF. Approx One thousand rupees or (1.1k) is deducted from every executives salary on the name of Tax even though they are not eligible or do not fall in the tax category. HR is not well versed with the company policy as every time I had a query or raised a concern the only answer I got is that I will ask Sir and get back to you ( Sir mean Director of the company as he is the only one decision maker of the company)....Read More

Work life is good BUT if you are looking to develop or enhance your skills you better look for a different opportunity in the market. It’s more of a retirement job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
