Being a software engineer, I work on high priority projects using the latest technologies. I had a great leaning exposure. The co-workers are quite helpful, and team leaders are very supportive, helps you whenever you need them.

Sometimes due to tight deadlines, you have to give extra time.

They train you for all kinds of things like accepting the challenges, overcoming them, taking responsibility etc. The environment of the company is very positive and calm. Management team is very supportive and so are my co-workers. They help me in my tasks and in solving the problems.

Allow using the cafeteria space for working in free times as a factors of change in routine. It lacks here if allowed could enhance the productivity of employees.
