Its not a 5 Days working job ITS 7 DAYS WORKING JOB, sometimes you will be working 24/7 There is no work life balance Salary is very less No Proper monitoring of Employees HR ARE ABSOLUTELY WASTE Servicing is the least paid department here Servicing brings major revenue to the company , but the one who don't work are earning double, triple than you.
