Its not a 5 Days working job ITS 7 DAYS WORKING JOB, sometimes you will be working 24/7 There is no work life balance Salary is very less No Proper monitoring of Employees HR ARE ABSOLUTELY WASTE Servicing is the least paid department here Servicing brings major revenue to the company , but the one who don't work are earning double, triple than you. The thing which i like the most is the environment in which i work. There are people who are ready to help you always. You get great work life balance infact you will get time for everything else apart from your work.

The only downside is that the compensation is little less.
