Stay away from this toxic organisation as there is no work life balance, they force you to work on holiday as well as on Saturday and Sunday. They don't provide any job safety as well

The interview process is quick. Once into the job, you will learn to handle difficult situations and toxic work environment and deligate with over nosy management.

Dislikes

No scope to grow further in career, internal politics, no job security, no work-life balance, the management treat the employees without any concern for employee's peronal life and privacy. The workflow is not streamlined, the trainings are poor and unplanned, the escalation matrics for any issues for the employe does not function properly, the overtime is not paid for holiday working despite it is specifically mentioned in the channel employee handbook, instead they give comp off. they force yout to work for more than 50% holidays in the pretext of offer letter agreement, without any payment<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. On-boarding and off-boarding processes are smooth, they do the things voluntarily. You don't need to ask for F&F/experience letter etc.

No work-life balance, even need to work on weekends forcefully. You'll get a minimum hike YoY. An appraisal is pre-decided, they don't discuss it with you in detail. If you're not meeting their unrealistic expectation, they'll start PIP and fire you within two months. They'll literally harass your mind. You'll not get time to upskill yourself, you're already get drained in monotonous work. Zero work satisfaction, if you give your hand and legs for the project then also they remain unsatisfied.
