Amazing work culture, people are like family. Good pay master. Scope of learning for newcomer.

Poor work-life balance. Poor work management. Maglomanic work approach by senior.

Salary is decent but career growth is zero. Tried to show them lots of time and proved that what actually I can do but they believed in outsiders who actually messed up their work. They are willing to pay outsiders but don't trust our own team.

Work life is actually depends on our work. If there is a work then we have to finish it anyhow on time. If there is no work then you can take a leave or chill in the office.
