Cant consider this as a con because you cant expect such a good learning curve and work life balance all together in any other companies. To say a con, Dont expect packages that product companies give. Package will be based on the experience you got but you will get 10*hike you l get from MNCs like Infy or TCS.

I got to work on different technologies. Good teammates and friendly colleagues. Though the employees get a lot of recognition the career growth is slow. Salary for freshsers is low but there is appraisal every six months and company gives a decent salary hike. Company also arranges can for travel when we have to sit for extended hours. Learning opportunity is really good, I got to learn so many technologies but haven't got chance to master any technologies. Work environment is very good. While the employees get a lot of recognition for the hard work they do, the credits are taken away by the managers. Career growth is very slow.
