If you happen to be in one of their core technology projects you will get good opportunity to enhance your skillset with latest cutting edge technologies. There are also programs like architects meet where you can meet other technologists to discuss and learn from their experiences

The biggest minus point is that if you happen to be in a technology which is not one of their core focus, then you will not get any opportunity at all. Quite often you're at your own to find a project. You will get very little help from management and business development team on getting new projects. Company will be more keen in staff augmentation projects loaning you to other companies and you'll feel as if you're in one of those body shopping consultancy firms. Also salary increments for you would be very minimal at this point in time even if you do a good job at your client site....Read More
