How smug the managers are and they they have zero knowledge of any process or anything. They know only one English phrase that is "Hello Team" and then pretend to be all knowing and almighty blaming you for all the problems. The salary you get is 20 days delayed (Means the salary of January will be credited on like 20th February) and that too might be incomplete based on the whims of the Managers.
They try every trick in their books to make the SME work hard (client pressure, learn from your peers etc etc) and out of the subject they were initially hired for (you'll get hired for elementary subjects and then will be pushed to work on advanced subjects for the same measely pay).
You need to listen to all their demands but they won't even bother to reply to your texts.
Overall, it's better to stay out of this hostile situation which just increases the stress unnecessarily. I loved to solve the questions but dealing with the management here is cumbersome process. They lie at you face and in every sentence.
Only join if you want to experience literally anything and have no other opportunity. Keep in mind that you'll work for people less qualified than you and far less empathetic than you....Read More

All of their procedures.
The is no responsibility and answerability. They all shrug the questions to one another and play games with the SMEs. Unless you ask them directly, no amount of emails or calls or messages gets them to listen to you. But when the question is about your production, they'll not hesitate to reach out to you even outside of your working hours.
There are always salary issues. The family in control of the company goes on big trips and all and they claim of financial problems whenever you ask for the salary (that too after deductions). When contacted, they'll keep delaying you to a point that either you will stop persisting or they'll start to ignore your messages.
A big red flag company. Work only if you have lots of free time. Even working in an internship would be better in terms of experience since they don't give any experience certificates at all.
You will be told to work hard and even on Sundays for bonus. But the bonus will highly depend on the mood swing of the certain project manager....Read More
Very bad company, they hire people and make them wait until they say you are not eligible for this role.
After interview, they told me that you are selected but after that I didn't receive any confirmation mail form their end after I waited for long time I received a mail stating that you are not eligible for this role" Arabic-English Translator".
I advice all of you never ever join this company.
HR is very rude, she does not attend calls and doesn't give you proper and accurate information and pretends that delay of on-boarding from client side.
Every HR from this company speaks lies. As I feel they assign works to the selected people and after work being done they say goodbye to them and reject them.

The employees that work in quality check are the only ones who understand and explain everything softly. Apart from them, nothing is good about QASolvers, I would not recommend even my enemies to work there.
Dislikes
Worked as a SME for 3 months probation. The project managers and coordinators were horrible. They never understood the time and effort we put into work. They only cared about the quantity but they never understood that we would work 10-12 hours a day and to get good questions is not easy. It was my first job and had a horrible experience. At the end I had to quit because I barely got time for anything else and the pay was extremely low. They extended my probation without informing me and because I quit I did not receive my certificate....Read More
