You grow only if you know buttering seniors or else be in the same position for years until you decide to leave. Dignity and Freedom is far away from you.

Work Details

Everything going smooth until you start knowing what's beneath the surface. No recognition and appraisal until you are in their 'GoodBooks'. Rest qualities doesn't matter.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
