It is a bad company they don't even respect the employee who works there. They don't have minimum common sense also. When I was working there I have seen lot many people left the company and though we are working there we feel insecurity with their terrible behavior. And if any employee asks hikes they just terminate them without any intimation also.

Couple of people in the senior management are welcoming.

Dislikes

This company have very terrible work culture .There is no efficient team to work with. zero job security. There are no employee friendly policies. Work environment is very bad constant pushing and monitoring. And they can fire employees any time for very simple stupid reason (personal egos). Zero professional behaviour. they will not pay salary's on time.

Here in Pyrite Technologies, the working environment is awesome, teams were so co-operative to each others as well the leads and specially the CEO of this company, he is so caring towards his employees .
