Incentives, Office Culture , Still lots of thing depends on the team

Dislikes

Most of the employees at the senior positions like account management, team lead are very old, and sometimes they play very creepy politics just to make themselves safe, which creates a lack of opportunity for business growth. But overall its a good company. Just be aware of the politics from your seniors.
