No work life balance, all government holidays you have to work for more than 12 hours and then also there is no praise. The bosses force you to sell food items compulsory to the guests which creates a negative image and if you are not able to achieve the target then you get thrashed in front of 40 team members in morning meeting

Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired fromwork. I loved pvr before merger with Inox reason behind that all process get changed. process is length as operation department . So much work load on operation department staff. They have to categorise list of task to other departments so that operation staff give best service to their patron. Lot's of backend work load given lack of concentration to their patron service, guest relation service, etc., badget also get decrease after merger with Inox they should increase budget and manpower to balance best services. I couldn't like too much extended shift where you can exhaust as manager. No body care about as a girl u have giving extra work in office. Management has to maintain staff environment would be good. Time would extend till 10 hr it should be understand. Management has to make there HOD happy as well. Manager need motivation also.
