INOX was the only best part to work, post merger with PVR there is no liking…PVR is a worst company to work with for any normal human being. I saw people joining any leaving within 1 month because they don’t let anyone to work in the company. They want slavery , they humiliate and don’t want people to grow or learn.. they are into wrong unethical practices with and only a set group working there since the starting or people adapted the culture of malpractices only stay and not let anyone work....Read More

Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired fromwork. There are no perks for the employees. I would like to specially mention mr. nitin Srivastava who is VP HR of the organisation he is the most toxic person i have ever seen. He treats his team like that they are illiterate and don’t know anything. Moreover there is no appraisal for the employees.and no bonuses as well.
