As I had an opportunity to handle full division from order procurement, raw material planning, execution of order and getting payment.I was given independent cabin also.

Dislikes

The owner of the company had bad temperature , due to this there was no job security.And as there was no the job training , i had to teach juniors . And priority of juniors were also changing.

Work Details

As I had to start the division there was lot of travelling and due to this it was very much tiring, And you had to on the toes as I was heading the department.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
