I Choose not to join the company after inquiring India, UK and Scotland.

Dislikes

Do not fall in their trap for Northern trust / Accenture projects. its a fake company with no experience in Northern Trust / Accenture projects. HR are completely manic and will beg you for anything plus offer you onsite opportunity at Scotland etc. Do not leave your high profile jobs for small companies like them because of this fellow i lost my job. The most epenthetic thing was after clearing all the rounds i submitted all the necessary documents to them but after that there was no communication. When i tried to contact with HR they were started rejecting the call and avoiding the mails. LOL. If you are a job seeker and looking for job change please do not fall in their trap for onsite opportunity nonsense etc....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
