Gives Free hand as a part of the team under a project. They would consider our if we have concerns too.

Dislikes

There is No work life balance, multiple status calls on daily basis and lot of deadlines to meet on sprint basis.

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
