I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing. It is a complete scam for both tutors and students.

Dislikes

They are frauds. They don't have a proper module to teach. they don't provide any certifications with STEM.org accreditation or they don't provide you 100+ worksheets as promised during trial sessions. They also make the tutors make false promises to the parents. They are just gold diggers, who just get all the possible money from the students and they don't even provide it to the tutors. It is all about the insiders. The management is terrible. The works culture is so toxic, that you might fell into anxiety disorder....Read More
