Ample opportunities of learning the different aspects of banking and scaling up in the carrier path. Sufficient training opportunities as well are there.Working environmenment is of course good. Work life balance in the present scenario is under stress as usual in banking industry.

Dislikes

promotion and posting transfer policy need to be fine tuned and to be indiscriminate and strictly be adhered to .

It is always exciting to work in banking industry keeping bg in view challenges of marketing various add on products besides normal business targets Handling non performing assets now a days is another demanding field hence person has to be on his toes.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
