I did not find any good thing in the organization.

Salaries not on time, upper management don't know how to talk with Agents, they think Agents are laborer's. Not good annual appraisals. Pushpinder Singh Manhas is a very rude OPS Manager and don't know how to show respect towards employees. Pressurize a lot. When they don't need any agent they just put them in the CAP and then exitwithout giving Salary. Hr. don't know anything , They just go by the words of OPS Manager. Worst company ever!! TL Edward and Manager Pushpinder pressurise us to get the blunder transfers then they said k you have done wrong, HR dont know how to talk professionally, even we are giving our feedbacks there and they are telling all the employees to give write a good back for the company over ambitious app reviews, they are only wasting money of the UK clients.

Having poor management who harass the employees mentally and dont give their salary, going to take a legal action against them, I gave my resignation 2 days before and still they put me on caps cuz I was not doing pushy transfers for the client, they are just money launders to taking money from the client

Expect my team members nothing is good there. No job security , no leaves even if it is emergency. Everyone is reporting to CEO including telecalling agents. So many people who are indirectly running company, whosoever is not doing job according to them are asked to leave.
