Career Growth and opportunities have been really good. This is my personal experience. I have been given good opportunities by Global and regional team based on my performance. I am really grateful to Puma Energy and some of its regional leaders in guiding me in my career. Compensation and Benefits are really good, and so is facilities which includes Transportation and Food provided by the company

Company culture is not good and this needs to improve. There is always a job security issue and a lot of people feel insecure. People have been let go for no reason. Also, Management in India needs to learn to improve and be open to feedback. It can’t be a case of being invincible. Sometimes it feels like leadership team in India iswaiting to find some one to pin the blame on for some issue, rather than fixing the problem. I have learnt a lot from people in Puma across different regions but unfortunately I don’t find any inspiration or motivation from leadership in India.
