Publicis Sapient provides good compensation and flexible remote working.

Dislikes

Upper management decisions are not transparent to other managers which creates mistrust in end engineers. No learning in the company just work. Most of the clients are in the banking sector with legacy code. Employees' selection and release from the project depends on the mood of managers no interviews or work are checked.

Compensation is competitive but its one time and depends on ur negotiation skills. 5-10 percent avg annual appraisal. Flexible timings but it depends on ur project and supervisor

Dislikes

Promotions are biased. You have to face lots of politics if you seek promotion even if you are a top performer. Limited learning opportunities. when you stuck in a project its very difficult to get new work or project. Middle level management is highly unprofessional. No HR there to help after joining. At the time of hiring they give u decent hike but in intial appraisel they normalized the salary by giving u min appraisel even after performing and rating excellent level
