Managers are Bossy, they harass you no matter how you work, No job security even after spending years at PS. If u are great sycophant then u r favourite. No credits will be given to u on ur great work. No Face time with global team. Means no growth just fix salary as a slave.

I have completed 1.5yrs here as a contractor but they didn’t gave me appraisal. And they didn’t paid me for my weekend work for a month. They just started ignoring the messages or emails.

I like the growth opportunities I had gotten in Publicis Sapient so far. I have worked here for only a year, but I have grows tremendously. As senior team members left the team, I got more strategy and planning work. This has resulted in my personal and professional growth. As I am thankful that my manager trusted my abilities and assigned new responsibilities. Technologies and tools that are used in my projects are the latest. technical expertise gained here is good, similar to start-ups. My manager safe-guards us from any unjustified client requirement and ensures that we maintain highest work delivery standards. This has given me a glimpse of how corporate managers should behave and take care of their teams. Company work culture and learning scope are good. Dislikes

Although I like working in Publicis Sapient, I am not sure about its salary and promotions. I have been promoted in my role internally however I am not sure about the salary hike percentage. My advice is to join PS as a lateral hire at a high salary hike. During joining the salary hike given was really good. Another thing I disliked is contract employees are not included in some internal employee survey. Although our work is not impacted because of it. In my team we have contract employees, FXTE and permanent employees. All of us share load and do equally sensitive work. In this case, our voice should also be heard similarly. Although we can discuss our problems with our people manager freely. He is very open minded and listens to our problems patiently. Besides this everything is fine, my manager does all the heavy lifting and sage-guards us. We are receiving promotion e-mails quarterly, which gives us hope for salary and band increase soon. I liked the policies as well as benifits provided by the organization. Infra was also good.

I was working with media services team since 2017 till 2021. When i joined the team, it was completely new setup and i was the as 9-10th employee over there. Initially, everything was looking amazing. The Manager Mr. Saurabh Sahay was kind to all of the team members (Reason behind he was establishing the team and wanted to make people happy with his fake promises) and to make sure he can represent a good culture in front of clients. However, after some time almost 90% team starts feeling insecure as well as disappointed due to his fake promises. He started cheap politics as well as bitching within the team. I have spent 4+ year over there and the total increment I have received during till date was "2 lakh". Which doesn't fall the market standard as well. The same thing has happened with other employees as well. That's why all the old people who joined between 2017-2018 resigned and the total number of resignations was more than 65. But he didn't care about it. During the entire journey we(Specailly) the old people gave more than 100% to grow the team. But he always though about his growth and didn't bother about the people growth. Which is the aim of sapient. There is more i can share.
