I have less work pressure from my peers who are in core coding space. So, for me, nothing much is bad.

Work wise, Publicis Sapient(Razorfish) is good for Java developers and programmers. I am working here since last four years , when Sapient was called Sapient Razorfish. Let me clear history a bit. Sapient Razorfish was rebranded as Publicis Sapient in 2019. So now all employees of Sapient Nitro and Sapient Razorfish are part of Publicis Sapient now.
