Likes

No support during the crisis. Mid level management is totally corrupt which leads to the disaster in very near future. Policy is simple. Don't raise your voice. Otherwise you will be treated horribly

Team is good. But no leader is there to show the right direction. Juniors are working there with fear of the mid management which is totally corrupt.

It's been quite sometime for me in this organization. Working environment is good. Most of all our MD s are good and supportive. They are approachable for any sort of query or decisions. Although this is a Marwari company in Kolkata but my honest confession is this,this is not a one man company rather ethically far more better than any other marwari real estate developer companies in Kolkata as well as in Pan India.
