Poor management skills and poor knowledge grasping projects I mean like they don't get projects and then they remove people from the job.

Dislikes

1. They don’t have any work culture. 2. Only One Client they had. ONLY ONE. 3. There expectations from a fresh graduate is extremely high 4. They don’t provide any kind of training to freshers, directly assign them with hectic assignments 5. Zero guidance = zero performance 6. They terminate employees on unnecessary basis 7. HR has zero professional ethics and no sense of speaking to employees 8. They expect you to sit after 6 pm as well, but those who work hard and stay for more hours after working hours are completed, those employees get fired first 9. Mysore office has nothing except on bench people 10. They don’t have budget to even pay salaries on time, salary gets delayed by 10-15 days 11. They will target specific bunch of people every month and terminate them 12. There is no notice period concept for the full time employees 13. There is no WFH concept 14.
