Also, some senior staff members may not have enough technical knowledge to support their teams effectively. This is not for experienced.

Good Work-life balance. The Upper Management listens to the problems and try to resolve it on priority

Dislikes

The NOC department lacks vision. They hire network engineer but their clients are server based monitoring. Sometimes they over utilise resources by making simple approach into much more complex. You make work as an associate system engineer in NOC, but they will treat you as a service desk agent. The Upper Management and the CEO lacks vision.
