Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. A very good company to work with. Development director are great in leading people and you will have full guidance as well as work related autonomy.

Dislikes

Request from senior test people, Don't be the architect of the product let people work on it. You might be with 20 years of experience but lack maturity in work. Avoid test person coming to product management they are hurting your design and work culture both. Hire full time technical product managers.
