One of the worst experience by joining this organisation, I would just nobody should join this organisation worst work culture,worst management, people don't know to talk also CEO, MANAGERS using slangs is this the way of a corporate employees talks,not paying salary to the employees. And making fake promises to sales there tax benefits plans to the customer.

Working with prosperr is one of a time. Let's start with from the scratch It's a very good and growing company. People joining here should understand that it's a startup don't comeup with big dream. I will say come here and make your dream big according to the performance. Founder is connected with each and every member he's knowsabout each and every people yes he don't have filter but it shows the transperancy that whatever he feels just says and what he says his not lying first. If you are gonna work on the work you are assigned no one is gonna say a word with you and being a small growing team everyone will know your work. Worklife balance is distributed sitting in office till 8:30-9 makes no sense I think yes I understand the sale is not done but get out of office on time and do your stuff and your professional work make a balance. The HR here is very inactive person you will reach out 4-5 times then may be your work is done. He do his stuff but he should understand the understand your staff problem is more important and giving proper response. There should be 2 off days. See, if you want to learn something new and improve your skill every day, you must join. Under the leadership of Dev and Manas, you will witness your own growth and excellence. I think Prosperr salary offer better than the offer other statups. For team bounding, outing or party are organized, if not weekly, then at least monthly.

Overall culture is okayish, maintained by fewer people in the organisation People are helpful, they are open to help, if you are working in prosperr.io, just close your eyes wherever you find a negative point. (that is impossible)

There is no fixed schedule you have to work for at least 10 hours a day from Day 1 and there will be an attendance criteria that you have to score some points daily to mark you as present; otherwise, you'll get LOP, which no one will inform you at time of interview or joining. but for a new sales employee, you'll be safe for at least a month from these points system. There are no formalities, you don't know when you'll receive your offer letter, but they will credit your salary on time after having a tax savings prod. They don't know how to calculate the salary of their employee. There is an endless number of flaws in Prosperr.io The most important thing is that there will be an HR named "Rishu" who will not listen to you if you're not his one, a good friend, else he will always ignore your concerns. after taking multiple follow-ups, maybe your concern will get resolved by him after joining an organization, the employer does all the formalities to onboard their employee on the 1st day, but here in prosperr.io you have to take follow-ups to get yourself onboarded. one of the common practices by prosperr.io delaying in PF contribution and they even don't know how to settle PF contribution they will put all the PF into employee contribution, there will be 0 deposited in "Pension and Employer contribution". you need to keep taking follow-up for the PF contribution to get deposited into the linked PF account number....Read More
